SNSD’s Yuri, “Competing against Yoona? SNSD is everywhere”
SNSD’s Yuri recently said that she is happy to compete against Yoona through TV dramas.
On March 14, Yuri attended a press conference for SBS’s new Monday-Tuesday series Fashion King at Lotte Mall in Seoul.
Yuri said, “I have to compete against Yoona through TV dramas. Since I’m also appearing on a TV series, Yoona and I understand each other. We share many things together .”
Yuri will appear on Fashion King and Yoona will appear on KBS’s series Love Rain. As a result, they have became competitors.
She said, “Even though people, who were watching my show, change the channel, there will still be a SNSD member and I’m happy for that reason.”
Yuri plays the role of an attractive designer named Choi Anna, who succeeds in the United States after overcoming discrimination and works for a world famous designer.
The series is about young people who become successful designers. Writers Lee Sun Mi and Kim Ki Ho, who wrote the series Happening in Bali, and producer Lee Myung Woo, who produced Bad Couple, are currently making the series. The first episode of the series will air on March 19 at 9:55 p.m.
