Yoona revealed her group members’ reactions after seeing her kiss scene with Jang Geun Suk in ‘Love Rain’.
On April 27th, during a recording of the Monday-Tuesday KBS 2TV drama ‘Love Rain’, which was held in Sangsu-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, an on-location interview was conducted with the ‘Love Rain’ cast. Yoona was asked, “What is the reaction of the Girls’ Generation members after seeing you in the drama ‘Love Rain’?”
Yoona replied, “Not long ago there was a kiss scene with Jang Geun Suk, and after seeing that, the members were all shocked saying that the kiss was too deep”. She carried on, “I was also shocked after seeing it too. It didn’t seem so bad at the time when we were filming it, but actually seeing it on screen was quite different. It was quite deep.”
She also added, “At the time of filming the kiss scene, because Jang Geun Suk’s character was a playboy, it was his responsibility to ‘lead’ the kiss. This scene would have been harder and more embarrassing for Jang Geun Suk than me. All I had to do was stand still and get kissed.”
Yoona also talked about the kiss scene between Yuri and Lee Jae Hoon on SBS’s drama ‘Fashion King’ and how it caused a fun argument at the dorm. “Yuri and I would argue whose kiss scene was ‘deeper’. But in the end, the other members would just close the argument with “both of your kiss scenes were extreme”.”
Meanwhile, in the drama ‘Love Rain’, Yoona plays the character of a modern day girl of 2012 called Jung Hana, as well as a character based in the 70s called Kim Yoon Hee.
The third teaser for Girls’ Generation – TTS’s title track, “Twinkle”, has just been released, this time featuring Seohyun.
In the teaser, Seohyun goes from cute to glamorous, showing off her many talents. Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun are even seen rocking out on stage with a band.
Along with the teaser, some more information about some of the tracks on the mini-album has been revealed. “Twinkle” falls into the funky soul genre with a mid-tempo reminiscent of a 70′s-80′s Stevie Wonder style song. The straight-forward daring feel and lyrics show off the three members’ exceptional vocals. “Baby Steps” has a mid-tempo groove with a strong R&B style. “OMG” is an electronic-retro pop track with a unique sound, and “Love Sick” is about a shy girl who learns about love through her first crush. “Good-bye, Hello” is a track with a shuffle rhythm about not being able to believe that they just went through a break-up the day before.
Additionally, SM Entertainment revealed the thought process behind naming the unit “Girls’ Generation – TTS”. The name “TaeTiSeo” is made up of the first syllables of Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun. This name has the letters “T” and “S”, which have distinct sounds, giving a strong vibe of the team and also lets the fans recognize the members instantly. A representative of Girls’ Generation explained, “We made the unit name as simple as possible. It is easy to remember and recognize who the members are. We can add members or change members easily in the future with this name. We are planning very flexible activities, so for the long run, we made a name that is easy to remember rather than making a new name.”
SM Entertainment will also be holding a special contest for the release of “Twinkle” on iTunes on April 29th. Take a picture of your purchase on iTunes and email it to gift@smtown.com along with your name, age, and address for a chance to win a special prize. Viewers are raving about the latest kiss scene on KBS2‘s ‘Love Rain‘.
On the episode of ‘Love Rain’ that aired April 23rd, Joon (Jang Geun Suk) and Hana (YoonA) had their first official date after confirming their feelings for one another.
After placing a quick peck on Hana’s lips, Joon remarked, “Don’t forget this.”
“I’m going to do it for real now. You can dodge it if you’d like,” he continued. “One, two, three…“, he counted, as he leaned in for a deeper kiss.
Though Hana did not pull away, she began to run when the water fountain by which they were seated went off. Joon then grabbed her again before she could get too far, and pulled her in once more.
The two were reportedly a bit awkward at first filming the scene, as until now, they have filmed scenes where they bicker with one another. However, once the two focused on getting into character, they delivered an excellent kiss scene.
Jessica is well known as Ice Princess but she is also cute.
Jessica took a pictorial for lifestyle magazine @Star1, which will be published on April 21, and showed off her cute and chic charms.
Jessica also gave an interview to the magazine and said she has easy going personality unlike her appearance. She said, “I really like my nick name Ice Princess. People who know about me say that I lay myself open to attack. I think they say that because I have easy going personality.”
She added, “I’m not what I look like but it’s not that I don’t like my nick name. I like it because it’s different from others.”
“I’m shooting a pictorial by myself for the first time in a long time. I’m happy because it’s raining but shooting the pictorial by myself without group members makes me feel a little lonely.”
Jessica wore sensational clothes from Coming Step and showed off her beautiful charms as a girl and lady. An animal printed jump suit and simple white jacket made her look chic and her brown wavy hair and pink blusher made her look lovely.
She creates the fashion of the hour wherever she goes. She also portrayed a fresh girl in chic clothes through the pictorial.
In May edition of the magazine, which will be published on April 21, Kim Soo Hyun’s pictorial and interview will be included. He will talk honestly about actresses, including Jeon Ji Hyun, Han Ga In, and miss A’s Suzy. He will also talk about his child hood episodes.

It was believed that the close friendship between the two ladies started ever since Honey Lee’s involvement in musical ‘Legally Blonde’ from the end of 2009 to 2010. Honey Lee made her lead role as ‘Elle Woods’ in the musical, alternating with Jessica and veteran musical actress Kim JiWoo.
