Other than Jessica, among others who were listed in the top 10 list were model-cum-movie actress Lily Coles, England’s Dakota Rose, Chinese high school student, Wang Jiayun, etc.
Jessica’s hairstyle and perfect side facial profile earned her the recognition from the blog site and thus, a place within the top 10.
