For the latest issue of CeCi, Tiffany
participated in her own feature and photoshoot in conjunction with her
August birthday. Utilizing her favorite color pink as the main theme of
the pictorial, Tiffany wore a number of different props for the
magazine. The pictures revealed different sides and emotions of Tiffany,
yet throughout the photoshoot her cheerful personality and trademark
eye smile helped maintain a fun atmosphere for the staff on set. Tiffany
wore outfits including sporty floral print shorts, a pink tubetop
one-piece, and an elegant lace one-piece, showing off her outstanding
fashion sense and the looks of a sporty, yet lovely girl.
The props from the photoshoot will be auctioned starting July 23rd to August 6th, through both CeCi’s Facebook page and their website.
The various props from Tiffany’s photoshoot for the August issue of
CeCi will be auctioned off to aid the adoption and protection of
abandoned dogs. Some of the items include a pearl ring and necklace with
Tiffany’s initials engraved on them, and a belt worn during Girls’
Generation – TTS’s “Twinkle” promotions. All proceeds will benefit the
Korean Animal Welfare Association in CeCi and Tiffany’s name.
Hyoyeon and Seohyun will be featured in the
August issue of “Nylon”, a fashion and pop culture magazine. To promote
the upcoming release, the magazine recently uploaded videos of Hyoyeon
and Seohyun onto its YouTube channel.The clips show behind-the-scenes
footage of the photoshoots “Nylon” did with the two.
The first video features Hyoyeon. After
greeting the viewers, she talks about all the fancy makeup and outfits
she got to wear. She adds that she also liked the set of the photoshoot
and how it was a very fun experience. Next, she talks briefly about
“Dancing with the Stars II”, telling the viewers that she is giving her
very best in order to put on good performances, and then asks if the
audience feels the same way. Hyoyeon ends with a request for viewers to
vote for her and watch her continue to do her best on the next episode.
Seohyun opens her behind-the-scenes clip
with a pleasant “hello” to the audience. She says that the photoshoot
with Hyoyoen had a funky feel. She also tells viewers that the shoot was
fun and asks them to look forward to the finished product. She bids
goodbye to the audience with a cheerful promise: “Let’s meet in the
August issue!”

In addition to using an Olympics concept
for their endorsement of LG’s Cinema 3D TV, the members of Girls’
Generation are also currently involved in an advertisement campaign
promoting the broadcast of the upcoming London Olympics on MBC. To date,
Girls’ Generation has released two CFs featuring all nine members
asking viewers to tune into the Olympics, which will be held from July
27th to August 12th.
In the first CF, the members ask viewers to catch the Olympics on
MBC, and Yuri mentions that watching the Olympics will bring happiness
and relieve stress. The second CF opens with Taeyeon, Tiffany, and
Seohyun cheering as an athlete manages to raise a barbell with many
heavy weights. The CF continues by introducing the Olympic special
shows, including highlights and recaps, that MBC will be airing.
Tiffany took part in two video messages and
the above poster advertisement to help promote MBC’s “36th College
Musicians Festival”. Earlier this month, Mark PD, a director for MBC
Music, revealed to fans that Tiffany was working on a new project, which turned out to be for this popular and time-honored annual event.
Tiffany left messages both in English and
Korean for fans all around the world, as it is the first time ever that
the event has been opened to global auditions. The “36th College
Musicians Festival” showcases the talents of aspiring, young musicians
for the world to see. In the videos, Tiffany encourages musicians to
apply for an audition in order to take part in the festival and also
gives information on exactly how to do so. She also reveals that this
year’s show will be broadcasted through a reality television show,
providing even more incentive for up-and-coming musicians.

Fans have gotten a closer look at Sooyoung’s older sister.
In the July 25 broadcast of SBS’ One Night of TV Entertainment, Sooyoung’s older sister, musical actress Choi Soo Jin made a surprise appearance during the show.
Not only did the sisters resemble each other in looks but the two stunned the set with their nearly-identical voices.
Their similarities in their voices was reaffirmed by Choi Soo Jin who shared, “Even in times when one of us answers our mother’s phone for her people asks if it’s Sooyoung or Soo Jin.”
The news came as a bit of a surprise for Sooyoung though who said, “I didn’t know my voice was this similar with my unni′s.
When an analysis was run on the two sister’s faces, a 72.61 percent match came up, proving the sister’s shared similar features as well.
In April of this year, LG Electronics released the “Girls’ Generation TV”, a special Cinema 3D TV set with a youthful concept that came in either red or white, with Girls’ Generation’s Yoona and Seohyun as its official models. This television set is currently becoming a success in the market as LG has begun to advertise the television as a Olympics special product, using several CFs centered around the upcoming London Olympics. As of the first week of July, the “Girls’ Generation TV” has sold a total of 20,000 units, and sold 10,000 units in the month of June alone, making the television a “big hit”. According to convention in the sales and business world, a television which costs over two million won (roughly 1741.93 US dollars) and sells over 5,000 units is considered a “hit”, and sales of the “Girls’ Generation TV” are thus seen as very high.

A new picture of Girls’ Generation member YoonA has been revealed.
In the picture, YoonA is seen rock-climbing while wearing pink and black shorts with a violet tank top. As the warm sunlight lands against her, YoonA radiates with beauty.
Fans who saw this photo commented, “This is the rediscovery of YoonA’s [beauty],” and, “YoonA is no joke.”
Considering that YoonA has been endorsing Eider lately, and has even shot a rock-climbing CF with actor Lee Min Ho, it’s possible that the picture is related to her promotion of the outdoor clothing brand.
Ace Bed unveiled a new photo of its endorsement models Girls’ Generation. In the photo, the girls displayed nine different charms – all wearing different color dresses and flashing their distinctive smiles.
Yuri looked confident wearing a bold red mini dress as she stood in the middle. YoonA displayed her innocent girly charm in a white lacy dress, while leggy Sooyoung flaunted her long, slim legs, wearing the shortest dress out of the girls. Hyoyeon showed off her bubbly personality through her fun pose, slightly lifting a part of her skirt as she smiled brightly for the camera. The gorgeous photo appears more appropriate for a wedding dress boutique CF rather than one for a mattress brand.
