'King of Fashion’ SNSD’s Yuri, “Acting is harder than singing”

SNSD’s Yuri recently said that acting is harder than singing for her.

Yuri, who appears on SBS’s new Monday-Tuesday series King of Fashion, which will start airing in March, released pictures of her reading the script.

In the pictures, Yuri is reading her script very seriously in New York. The pictures tell people how hard she tries to become an actress.

Yuri says, “Singers spend all their energy to perform on stage until the end of their songs but actors spend all their energy to perform in TV dramas or movies for a long time and they even have to become characters they play. I think that’s the reason why I feel acting is more difficult. But I’m enjoying my new challenge.”

Yuri plays the role of an attractive designer named Choi Anna, who succeeded in the United States after overcoming discrimination and works for a world famous designer.

The series is about young people who become successful designers. Writers Lee Sun Mi and Kim Ki Ho, who wrote the series Happening in Bali, and producer Lee Myung Woo, who produced Bad Couple, are currently making the series. Yoo Ah In, Shin Se Kyung, and Lee Jae Hoon will appear on the series as well.
